Matthew works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness, relationship stress, identity concerns, and life transitions. His approach to therapy is relational, thoughtful, and focused on helping clients better understand themselves while building meaningful and lasting growth.

Matthew believes therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and genuinely human. His style is warm, curious, and insight-oriented while helping clients better understand the experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns shaping their lives.

He works from a relational and integrative perspective, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique goals, needs, and lived experiences.

Matthew integrates Narrative Therapy, Gestalt-informed approaches, relational therapy, and emotionally supportive care to help clients build resilience, self-awareness, and healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges.

He is especially passionate about supporting children, teens, and individuals who feel disconnected from themselves, others, or the direction they want their lives to move toward.
