Her style is warm, grounded, and supportive while helping clients better understand emotions, behaviors, relationships, and patterns impacting their daily lives.

Megan integrates CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and relational therapy techniques to support children, teens, adults, and families through meaningful growth and healing.

She is especially passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and helping families better understand and support their child’s emotional and behavioral needs with compassion and confidence.
