Heather is the Practice Manager at Integro Counseling and will likely be the first person you connect with by phone, text, or email. With over three years of experience in mental health administration, she helps match clients with the therapist who best fits their needs, schedules first appointments, verifies insurance benefits, and manages billing. Having personally experienced the benefits of counseling, Heather is passionate about making the process as smooth and supportive as possible. She hopes every client feels welcomed, encouraged, and empowered to begin their healing journey.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her 4 children. She is a biological mom, a foster mom, an adoptive mom, and a special needs mom. Heather is passionate about making memories with her family. She enjoys working out, swimming, sunny beach days, and an exhausting day at a theme park. Heather is engaged and excited to start a new journey of marriage soon with her fiancé, David.
